At the junction of Interstates 70 and 25, Crossroads Commerce Park looks to be a pioneer in driving the development of the northern Denver industrial real estate market. Six of the 10 buildings planned for the 1 million-square-foot industrial park have been completed, with a seventh nearly ready to begin construction.
