Leader in Creative Office Design Moves Downtown to Accommodate Growth, Clients

LOS ANGELES (December 14, 2015) – Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm based in Southern California, today announced it is relocating its LA office to a new downtown location in order to better serve clients and accommodate its rapid growth. The new office, located at 915 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 2150, provides a more central location for Ware Malcomb’s expanding employee and client base across Los Angeles.

Ware Malcomb has had an office in the Los Angeles area since 1985. Recent creative office projects designed by Ware Malcomb include: The Landing at 2040 in El Segundo, the Station office building in El Segundo, the Stamps.com corporate headquarters in El Segundo, Hollywood 959 in Los Angeles and the 1601 Vine high rise Class A office in Los Angeles. Ware Malcomb’s Los Angeles office has been recognized every year for the past three years with consecutive Commercial Real Estate Awards from the Los Angeles Business Journal.

Ware Malcomb relocated to its new downtown Los Angeles office from its prior location at 10635 Santa Monica Blvd.
