WARE MALCOMB DENVER OFFICE RELOCATES TO NEW DOWNTOWN LOCATION, WINS AWARD
Denver, Colo. (July 13, 2015) – Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, today announced that its Denver office has relocated to a downtown Denver location to accommodate the firm’s growing client and employee base. The new office is located at 1600 Champa Street, Suite 350 in downtown Denver. Ware Malcomb’s Denver office opened in 2001 specializing in architectural, interior architectural design, and civil engineering services for commercial real estate and corporate clients, and has since completed [hundreds] of projects. The firm also announced one of those projects, the Enterprise Business Center Phase 1 built for United Properties, was recently named Industrial Project of the Year by the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association’s Colorado Chapter.

The award-winning Enterprise Business Center project is located on the southwest corner of Interstate 70 and Havana Street in Denver. Ware Malcomb provided full architectural services, including interior design for multiple tenants. At the time of initial planning and construction, the project was the first speculative industrial building to come to the market since the recession of 2008. The Enterprise Business Center project consists of three cross-dock distribution facilities and two front park rear load facilities totaling 1,167,894 square feet. The building’s state-of-the-art design includes concrete tilt wall panels, 32 feet interior clear height, an ESFR sprinkler system, T-5 lighting, a white “cool” roof and truck parking. The General Contractor was Murray and Stafford.
Other recent high profile projects designed by Ware Malcomb in the Denver area include the new Leopold Bros. distillery in Denver, DB Schenker’s redesigned corporate office and data center in Lakewood, and AMG National Trust Bank’s new corporate headquarters in Greenwood Village.
