WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES PROMOTION OF SOFIA CHAGOLLA TO STUDIO MANAGER, PRODUCTION IN MEXICO CITY OFFICE

MEXICO CITY (November 9, 2020) – Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, today announced Sofia Chagolla has been promoted to the position of Studio Manager, Production in the Mexico City office. Sofia is part of Ware Malcomb’s in-house Production Studio, a dedicated production team that specializes in contract documents and helps support all of Ware Malcomb’s offices across North America.

Ware Malcomb’s in-house Production Studio provides a unique and innovative approach to the production of contract documents as part of the firm’s overall Project Delivery System. The Production Studio provides high-quality construction drawings at an accelerated pace to service each of Ware Malcomb’s offices. This dedicated and highly-trained group of professionals enables the firm to consistently produce construction drawings that are complete and accurate in coordination with the project team.

Chagolla joined Ware Malcomb in 2015 and was promoted to Production Manager in 2018. She immediately established herself as the lead for the production of all Interior Architecture projects in the group. In her new role, Chagolla leads the dedicated production team that supports Ware Malcomb’s East Coast, Canada and Mexico offices.

Chagolla holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California in Mexicali, B.C., Mexico.
