Marlyn Zucosky Joins Ware Malcomb as Director, Interior Architecture & Design

PRINCETON, N.J. (August 30, 2016) – Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, today announced that it is opening a second office in New Jersey located at 205 Rockingham Row in Princeton. The new office location will provide design services to clients in this dynamic market, and brings the total number of Ware Malcomb offices in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Panama to 21.

The firm also announced that Marlyn Zucosky has joined the firm as Director of Interior Architecture & Design. In this role, Zucosky will be responsible for the growth and management of the Interior Architecture & Design Studio and oversee all interior design projects for the Princeton office. Ware Malcomb Principal Michael Bennett is responsible for overall growth and management of the firm’s New Jersey and Miami offices.

“Marlyn is well-respected within our industry and within the Princeton market, where she will continue to serve local clients,” said Bennett. “In addition, Marlyn will be focused on growing Ware Malcomb’s interiors presence in New Jersey and beyond by leveraging her many national and regional client relationships into other markets. A graduate of the Art Institute in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Zucosky brings over 25 years of experience in commercial office, education, hospitality, retail, and residential interiors to Ware Malcomb. Several of her projects have received award recognition from such notable agencies as New Jersey Business and Industry Association (NJBIA), New Jersey State Historic Preservation Office (NJSHPO), and American Institute of Architects New Jersey (AIA-NJ).

Zucosky is also involved in a variety of organizations related to commercial real estate, interior design, and the arts. She is a committee member for the Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association (IOREBA), and a member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA). In addition, she serves as a Board member of the Arts Council of Princeton and is active with the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Princeton Symphony Orchestra.

Ware Malcomb opened its first New Jersey office in Woodbridge in 2005. Select clients serviced by Ware Malcomb’s Woodbridge office include: General Dynamics, Lexus, Medline and United Rentals, among others.
