WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES MOVE TO LARGER OAK BROOK OFFICE 

OAK BROOK (December 14, 2018) – Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, today announced the company has moved into a new, larger office location at 1315 22nd Street, Suite 410 in Oak Brook, Ill. This office move accommodates the growth of the firm’s employee and client base in the Chicago and Midwest market. Ware Malcomb also maintains a second office located at 600 W. Jackson Blvd #100 in Chicago.

Ware Malcomb’s new Oak Brook office incorporates the latest in interior design trends, as well as the firm’s own design standards. “As with all of our client projects, we designed our Oak Brook office with an emphasis on long term real estate value, high quality materials, and incorporating sustainable features wherever possible,” said Dawn Riegel, Director, Interior Architecture & Design for Ware Malcomb’s Chicago market offices. “This will be an inspiring space for our clients and employees alike.”

For their new Oak Brook office, Ware Malcomb designed a work environment that fosters collaboration while also allowing for privacy and heads down work when needed. It features two different types of workstations – a benching station and a desking station solution, with all adjustable height desks – to promote a more activated work environment to provide a variety of work options and cater to each individual’s work preference.

The entry to each Ware Malcomb office conveys a hospitality feel, providing an open and inviting welcome punctuated with iconic pieces of furniture. The overall color palette is branded to Ware Malcomb and includes customized environmental wall graphics to emphasize the firm’s work and connection to the company’s core mission statement.

WM Branding, Ware Malcomb’s in-house branding studio worked with the regional team to create a new work environment that reflects the local community and surrounding area, as well as the office’s client base.

Recent projects by Ware Malcomb’s Chicago market offices include: providing architecture and interior design services for: over 10 retail locations of Camping World across the Midwest; a new 110,000 square foot build to suit distribution facility for NEIL Enterprises in Vernon Hills, Ill; and providing interior architecture and design services for a modern office and showroom space for Office Revolution in Riverwoods.
