First tenant at elevon at Campus El Segundo sets tone for the future
LOS ANGELES (February 19, 2016) – Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, today announced that construction is complete on the new Niman & Associates offices located at 2260 East Maple Avenue within elevon at Campus El Segundo. Having previously served as Executive Architect for the 15-building elevon at Campus El Segundo creative office project, Ware Malcomb was pleased to provide interior architectural and design services for Niman & Associates, the project’s first tenant.
Niman & Associates is a CPA firm that specializes in family office, estate, trust and tax services for businesses and individuals. Like many CPA firms, Niman & Associates had previously occupied more traditional office space. With this move into elevon, the firm wanted an open and more collaborative office environment that was dynamic, engaging and innovative.
The firm’s 8,000 square foot offices incorporate a reception area, open offices, private offices, a break room and conference rooms. The new design encourages mobility, flexibility, collaboration, efficient work spaces, employee engagement, integrated technology and sustainability. The interiors of the office flow seamlessly into the exterior areas of the site, delivering flexibility and connection with nature. The overall result is a work environment that encourages engagement and community, supports health and well-being, and provides a variety of workplace options.
