WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETE ON NEW WASHINGTON CAPITAL OFFICE IN SEATTLE

SEATTLE (December 18, 2015) – Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, today announced construction is complete on the new Washington Capital Management Inc. office located in the Park Place Building at 1200 6th Avenue, Suite 700 in Seattle. Ware Malcomb provided interior architecture and design services for the project.

Ware Malcomb assisted Washington Capital in designing nearly every aspect of its newly relocated corporate office comprised of 15,734 square feet. The redesigned office space incorporated private offices, conference rooms, collaborative seating areas, a break room and a separate staff lounge.
