WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETE ON NEW CAUDALIE SPA AND BOUTIQUE IN NEW YORK CITY’S MEATPACKING DISTRICT
NEW YORK (June 25, 2018) – Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, announced construction is complete on a new spa and retail boutique for French beauty brand Caudalie located at 823 Washington Street in the Meatpacking District of New York City. Ware Malcomb served as Architect of Record for the project.
The new 1,020 square foot location will serve as a retail boutique as well as offer spa services using the brand’s products.
Ware Malcomb also served as Design Architect on Caudalie’s first-ever freestanding concept spa, L’appartement Caudalie Spa on Madison Avenue, which opened last year at 819 Madison Avenue (at 68th Street). The spa’s design was modeled after the Paris apartment of the company’s founder, Mathilde Thomas.
In addition, Ware Malcomb recently provided tenant improvement services for a 12,000 square foot office, warehouse and distribution center for Caudalie in Rutherford, New Jersey.
