WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETE ON NEW ARIZONA DESERT EAR, NOSE & THROAT SPECIALISTS MEDICAL OFFICE
PHOENIX (October 24, 2018) – Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, today announced construction is complete on the Arizona Desert Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists medical office located at 13555 W. McDowell Road in Goodyear, Ariz. Ware Malcomb provided interior architecture and design services for the project.
The redesigned 5,200 square foot medical office space features seven exam rooms and four offices, as well as a sinus procedure room, allergy testing room, audio room, instrument cleaning room, conference room, and break room.
Ware Malcomb utilized clean and contemporary materials in a neutral color palette designed to make patients feel welcome and comfortable. Sliding barn doors provide a stylish and practical entrance to the conference room, while the Medical Assistant station features a prominent work surface. A spacious waiting room features a unique check-in/out desk that doubles as a workroom behind a built-in bookshelf that is accessible from either side.
