WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETE AT TOWN CENTER RETAIL COMPLEX IN PANAMA
PANAMA CITY (January 4, 2017) – Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, today announced construction is complete on the new Town Center retail complex located in Panamá Pacífico, a popular master planned development in Panama. Ware Malcomb provided architectural design services for the project, which is being developed by London and Regional Panama.
The project is comprised of two retail buildings totaling 3,100 square meters. The buildings are slated to become a commercial hardware store and supermarket to serve the growing population of Panamá Pacífico.

Ware Malcomb designed the buildings using prefabricated panels on the roof and the entry façade, and the floor slabs in the warehouse allow for product storage. The design and color palette chosen for the building façades complement the commercial style and branding needs of the future tenants. Ware Malcomb has completed over 100 projects within the Panamá Pacífico development, including commercial office, industrial and retail spaces and buildings. Ware Malcomb’s Panama office is also located within Panamá Pacífico.
The general contractor for the project is Joama Contratistas S.A, and Allied Steel Buildings supplied the structural and exterior paneling.
