WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF NORTHWEST CROSSING INDUSTRIAL PARK IN HOUSTON
IRVINE, Calif. (June 23, 2016) – Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, today announced construction is complete on the new Northwest Crossing Industrial Park, Building H, located at 6410 Langfield Road in Houston, Texas. Ware Malcomb provided architectural and interior design services for the project. The developer for the project is Investment & Development Ventures (IDV), and the property is owned and managed by Carson Companies.
The new concrete tilt-up industrial warehouse totals 177,126 square feet. The dock-high building features a 30-foot clear height, 168-foot truck court, and ESFR sprinkler systems. Ware Malcomb initially designed a 3,973 square foot office and 3,728 square foot mezzanine within the space. A separate build to suit project created a 49,928 square foot warehouse with a 3,627 square foot office. A third tenant improvement in the center of the building created a 62,335 square foot warehouse with a 3,024 square foot office. The remaining spaces are currently available for lease and will be built to suit the incoming tenant.

The general contractor for the building shell was Rosenberger Construction LP, and the general contractor for the tenant improvement was StarTex Construction Management.
