Ware Malcomb ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF NEW MEDICAL OFFICE COMPLEX IN SANTA ROSA

Irvine, California (November 17, 2014) – Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, today announced construction is complete on the Sutter Health Medical Office Building located at Mark West Springs Road and U.S. Highway 101 in Santa Rosa, California. Ware Malcomb provided architectural design services for the project. The Hammes Company of Irvine, California is the owner and developer of the facility. The general contractor was Swinerton Builders.

The new three-story, 80,000 square foot Class A medical office building is located on the new Sutter Santa Rosa Regional Hospital campus, serving a number of health care tenants including the physicians of Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation, Santa Rosa Surgery and Endoscopy Center, and Santa Rosa Orthopaedics. Ware Malcomb’s architectural design services included both the core and shell of the building. The design features Type II Business Occupancy throughout the building, predominantly punched windows, storefront accents in key entry areas, and an entry canopy for patient drop-off.
