Ware Malcomb ANNOUNCES ADAM BURROWS HAS JOINED THE FIRM AS SENIOR DESIGNER

IRVINE, Calif. (February 18, 2015) – Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, today announced that Adam Burrows has joined the firm as Senior Designer based in the Irvine, Calif. headquarters. Burrows brings over 15 years of design, planning, and project management experience to his new role at the firm’s wm | graphics studio, with a particular focus on architectural signage and design direction for environmental graphics.

Burrows specializes in design, commercial and residential wayfinding signage, and brand identity. He has a proven track record of versatility by working directly with city planning agencies, building and land developers, real estate agencies, and fabricators to bring projects to life from concept to implementation.

Prior to joining Ware Malcomb, Burrows was a Senior Designer/Project Manager at JB3D Architectural Graphics and Branding in Orange, Calif., where he worked on projects for development and construction companies and major commercial and retail development projects including Pelican Hill Resort & Hotel, Fashion Island, Irvine Spectrum Center, The Island Hotel and many others. He was involved in all phases of projects including initial concepts, design development, bid documents, fabrication specifications, shop drawings, structural engineering integration, code compliance, permits, fabrication and installation coordination. He worked directly with city and county planning departments to implement sign programs, secure variance approvals and process conditional use permits and modifications. Earlier in his career he was a Senior Designer/Production Manager at The Graphics Department, Inc. in Anaheim, Calif. and a Graphic Designer at Graphics Printing Plates in Buena Park, Calif.

Burrows earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Art with a focus on 2D & 3D Design, Typography and Photography from California State University Fullerton.
