Waterton Headquarters Relocation

Interior architecture and design, furniture, branding/staging, and workplace strategy services for Waterton’s new 30,000 SF headquarters. The project involved consolidating two of Waterton’s offices into a single floor. The recently renovated floor was refreshed to reflect the Waterton brand and hospitality character. Our team completed surveys and data analysis to arrive at ratios to determine Waterton’s new hybrid workplace environment after the pandemic. The project includes a variety of heads-down work and social spaces including a unique “community room” concept where teams can gather when in person together at the office. These rooms included areas to collaborate in a variety of lounge settings and one interactive technology curved sofa area with bar seating behind for larger, more casual group meetings.
