The Perry Multifamily Amenity Spaces

Interior architecture and design services for the public amenity spaces for a 160 unit apartment building in Norcross, Georgia. Ware Malcomb provided planning, design, design intent documentation, and limited CA services. Amenity spaces included a lounge, hospitality zone, co-working spaces, mail room, gym, pet spa, offices and lobby. Client wanted to create a space that will make an impact on the community and allow residents to work in different areas in the building. Unique wall coverings were used throughout the spaces, watercolors chosen to connect with nature to make each space inviting for tenants and guests.
