The Landing

Architecture and interior design services for the renovation of an existing 90,000 square foot two-story traditional office building into a dynamic creative office space. The amenity rich campus boasting 360 degree views, exposed wood truss, glass roll-up doors, and fire pits all with the flexibility for single or multi-tenant occupancy.

In addition to vast amenities, The Landing at 2040 offers a stunning new geometric building entrance statement welcoming visitors, complemented by a two-story structurally glazed lobby wall. The main building lobby was renovated with new finishes and a common lounge to create a creative office environment. Also added were new tenant walk-out patios at the ground floor and 2nd floor, extending the usable office space. Architectural pop-out features and elements highlight the exterior of the building, as well as wrap around sliding doors. These new architectural enhancements provide dynamic building image and cohesive interior/exterior workplace opportunities.

Many sustainable design elements were incorporated into the design including the abundant use of natural lighting and ventilation, electric vehicle charging stations, and low volatile organic content in interior finishes.
