The Landing

The Landing is a six-building industrial development totaling 281,000 square feet and is located on 20 acres in Phoenix’s Mesa Gateway Area. The Class-A buildings range in size from 12,000 – 112,000 square feet with the ability to serve the diverse needs of tenants including distribution and light manufacturing. Offering a higher-end design than typical industrial buildings, the design features aluminum storefront systems with 1” insulated glass panels and painted metal canopies. Additional design elements consist of painted concrete walls and steel accents with ¾” reveals and joints. Knock out panels were also designed to account for future dock doors and storefront space. Ware Malcomb is also currently providing tenant improvement services for several of the buildings on site.
