Architectural design services for a 115,743 SF building, with a 10,000 SF retail outlet.  The project includes a 4-story multi-family building with 100 residential units, 29,000 SF per residential floor and a 180-stall surface parking lot.

The project is located at the Panton Mill Station, located in South Elgin, Illinois, on the banks of the Fox River.  The area is popular for young families and commuters and has a host of restaurants and shopping areas for people of all ages.

The new complex serves as a family-friendly, affordable luxury residential development. Tenants are treated to the latest comforts such as a professionally equipped fitness center, outdoor kitchens, business center, state-of-the-art security, keyless entry, and pet-friendly living. Apartments feature large layouts, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer and dryers, and walk-in closets.
