Round at Beaverton

Master planning and design services for a mixed use development including retail, office, and residential for approximately 10.5 acres. The project includes a 106,900 SF, 5-story building and two 6-story apartment buildings over ground floor retail. In addition, a two-story health club over a new parking structure is being designed, as well as other amenities including garden, public plaza, fountain and park.
