Riverside University Health System Medical Center

Master planning, architecture and interior design services for a new 3-story 200,000 SF medical office building serving, and connected to via bridge, Riverside University Health System’s existing hospital. Outpatient services include Specialty Clinics, Ambulatory Surgery, Imaging, Physical Therapy, Ancillary Support, and amenities such as “Grab and Go” food service, pediatric play area, and healing garden. The project was designed to meet OSHPD-3 requirements, and has achieved LEED Silver certification. A new Medical Pavilion complements the MOB, providing a fresh look and connection to the hospital’s main entry and houses fast-casual dining and patient education services. This project was awarded the 2020 CCAAEA (The California Counties Architects and Engineers Association) Award for large projects. This project is a public private partnership of Trammell Crow Company & Riverside County Economic Development Agency.
