Proximity Parks

Our Mexico office provided master planning, renovation and branding services for the Proximity Parks project in Monterrey, Nuevo León.

We took the challenge of transforming an abandoned 420,000 SF distribution center into an efficient logistics hub housing eight tenants alongside amenities like guardhouses, fences and common areas. As with all of our e-commerce clients, an optimal layout for logistics was paramount. We also provided branding and exterior signage solutions that managed to attract a large e-commerce retailer that became the largest tenant in the building.
