Architecture, interior design, and branding services for a 9,416 SF single-story office building including open and private office spaces, meeting rooms, and amenity spaces. Amenity spaces include a gold simulation room and an outdoor patio. A unique element of this project was having the client be a general contractor creating a fun, collaborative project when it came to design and construction management. The interior design reflects the fun and progressive nature of the company with a love of music incorporated in the branding and signage of meeting rooms and spaces. Other design features include light and bright spaces featuring buildings existing wood ceiling as a design element throughout, concrete flooring and charcoal grey contrasts, and sliding glass doors for all offices for a sleek and clean look. The break room sits in the center of the building connecting the north and south areas of the office and opens up to an outdoor patio.
