Precision Labs at Century Boulevard

Interior architecture and design, lab planning and furniture selection services for a 125,000 SF life sciences campus conversion to lab. The renovation of 20440 included converting a 52,000 SF office building to facilitate life science activities in a business use office/laboratory multi-tenant facility. Five suites were renovated to become six new BSL-2 wet lab suites, while the other suites remained operational during construction. 20430 consisted of converting a 32,000 SF for a single-story office building to white box space with utility upgrades to support life science use. The floor loads and structural clear heights are suitable to support some cGMP uses.
