Architecture and interior design services for a 110,000 SF build-to-suit distribution warehouse facility. The project included 20,000 SF of office space on two floors and 90,000 SF of production and warehouse. Neil Enterprises, Inc. is a photo novelties and photo promotional product manufacturer and also a supplier/ distributor of Sony media and special event printers.
