Naper Place

Ware Malcomb, Architect of Record, provided construction phase services for this 4-story mixed use facility totaling approximately 65,000 SF.  First floor includes common areas for resident use as well as restaurant and retail spaces available for rent.  Second, third and fourth floors include forty-nine non-assisted senior residences.  Building is constructed of steel and concrete on the first floor with upper floors framed of wood; lower floors feature a precast concrete veneer, while upper floors feature a stucco finish.
