Mississauga Gateway Centre, HOOPP

Architectural, interior, and branding services for a 13,600 SQM (146,863 SF) five-story and a 4,180 SQM (45,000 SF) office building. The five-story office tower includes ground level retail and is LEED Gold Certified.

The 5-story office tower takes advantage of the urban context by sitting close to the main boulevard and allowing opportunity for the ground floor retail tenants to be accessed from both the parking side and street side of the building.  A subtle curve in the facade design provides a dynamic face to the boulevard.  The facade is composed of composite metal panel and translucent glass with precast clad concrete columns.   The interior lobby design continues the contemporary feel of the exterior through the use of similar material palette.
