Mercedes Benz Pleasanton

Architecture and interior design services for a new 72,000 SF Mercedes Benz showroom. This project includes integrating Mercedes Benz corporate standards to adapt them to a building geometry to maximize the efficiency of their Pleasanton site. The building included a new steel frame front of house show room lined with a two story curtain wall to allow for maximum transparency into the building, and a back of house concrete tilt up building for two story office, state of the art service bays, and roof top parking deck. A photovoltaic system above the showroom is estimated to supply 264,192 kWh of electricity annually.
