Macy’s Tulsa Fulfillment Center

Architectural and interior design services for Macy’s 2 million SF build-to-suit fulfillment center, which is situated on 72 acres in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The new Fulfillment Center includes a sorting facility, a warehouse and a 200 foot truck court on the south side, complete with 100 trailer positions.

The building’s design includes tilt-up concrete panels up to 45 ½ feet tall and minimum clear heights of 36 feet. The floors were placed by the latest laser screed technology and equipment in the industry, reflecting a commitment to quality. The new Fulfillment Center was named the largest economic development project in Oklahoma by Site Selection Magazine.
