Architectural design services for a new 20,331 SF distillery. The project included 2,182 SF of office, 2,837 SF of storage, 14,017 SF of fabrication space, and a 1,295 SF mercantile/tasting room. The project also includes an 8,743 SF liquid storage warehouse (barrel storage building). Leopold Bros. is a family owned and operated small batch distillery in which environmental sustainability is a daily practice.
