La Grange Pointe

Architectural design services for this new 3-story, 55,600 SF mixed use facility.  The project included common areas for resident use as well as restaurant and retail spaces available for rent. The building is constructed of steel and concrete on the first floor with upper floors framed of wood; all floors feature a full-depth masonry veneer.   Ware Malcomb, Architect of Record, provided architectural services for this new 3-story, mixed use facility totaling approximately 53,000 SF.  The project includes 13 one and two bedroom prototypes with bathrooms and shower facilities, kitchen and living rooms.  First floor of the senior housing facility includes common areas for resident use, as well as restaurant and retail spaces available for rent.  Second and third floors include thirty no-assisted senior residences as well as a large outdoor terrace on the second floor.  This building also includes a fire suppression system.
