Architecture and interior design services for a 106,000 SF build to suit fabrication and manufacturing facility. Kloeckner Metals relocated from their previous building to expand their operations. This new rail-served facility allows for new processing equipment and a reconfiguration of existing equipment to optimize production, and was designed with the ability to be expanded to accommodate future growth.
