San Diego, CaliforniaArchitecture and interior design services for the renovation of a 30,000 SF campus. At the heart of the campus lies a culinary hub offering an all-day dining experience. The new restaurant, The Florence by San Diego-based Legal Restaurants, provides a variety of eating and drinking options from grabbing a quick breakfast to sharing a cocktail after work. The indoor and outdoor dining space pays tribute to late San Diego swimming legend, Florence Chadwick, the first woman to swim the English Channel in both directions. The design boasts a coastal theme with powerful feminine touches and memorabilia to honor the Point Loma native. Additional reimagined amenities throughout the campus for tenants to enjoy include the REV fitness center managed by DRVN Unlimited, updated common area lobbies, corridor upgrades, and a two-acre patio featuring fire pits and a regulation-sized bocce ball court. The reinvented Sabre Springs campus affords the opportunity for tenant attraction and retention, along with the establishment of a unique food and event destination for families and businesses alike.
