Ware Malcomb provided interior architecture and design services for a 36,900 SF co-working space with private offices, open workspaces, collaboration spaces, break areas and lounges.

The multi-functional common area features conversational furniture pieces and floor-to-ceiling windows that can be opened during warmer months and overlook an outdoor atrium. The design creates a sense of openness and connection with the outdoor environment. This space is ideal for formal or collaborative work meetings and events. The common area seamlessly flows into a break area and inviting touch-down space adjacent to a high-end café, offering diverse working options.
