Industrious – 30 Adelaide Street East

Architecture and interior design services for a 53,622 SF fit-out of a co-working office space on the 12th, 14th and 15th floor in Downtown Toronto. The project was designed to provide a flexible workplace to accommodate teams of all sizes and stages. Each floor gives users easy access to customer amenities and conferencing facilities. The open floor plan Café Lounge on the 12th floor and kitchenettes on each floor allow for spaces to relax, unwind and have informal gatherings. Spaces for privacy and wellness are strategically located on each floor for customer use. A muted palette of white, grey and beige allow accent colors and curated artwork to pop and catch the eye. Overall, the office space reflects a clean, modern space for any user.
