Architectural design services for 3 new creative office buildings (2, 4, and 5 stories) totaling 241,562 SF with an 8-level, 224,124 SF parking garage.

The creative office campus features several on-site amenities popular in today’s creative office market including: large outdoor gathering areas, a 4,300 square foot on-site commissary with additional space for outdoor eating/lounging, fitness center, two-story wing with exposed barrel truss and punched windows, opportunity for screening room(s), and WiFi in outdoor areas. Large, flexible floor plates allows for multiple office plan arrangements and sizing, including the opportunity for exterior circulation along window line, while the multi-functional courtyard space can be used for events, screenings, and an alternative work environment.
