Fratelli Beretta North American Headquarters and Production Facility

Ware Malcomb provided architecture and interior design services for Fratelli Beretta’s new 190,300 SF U.S. headquarters and production facility, as well as a 30,000 SF expansion.

The build to suit facility includes office, residential space for executives and visiting guests, production and storage. The interior of the offices, residences, and tasting room are designed with an Italian influenced modern aesthetic consisting of polished concrete, white walls, white built-in storage furniture, Italian furnishings and full height glazed windows and doors.

The facility was constructed box-in-box with insulated pre-cast wall panel façade and interior insulated metal panel walls and ceilings. Fratelli Beretta processes specialty Italian meat products such as salami, sopressata, mortadella and prosciutto.
