Ware Malcomb provided exterior, interior and branding services for Era Valdivia Contractors (EVC) in Chicago, IL. EVC is a successful, premier painting and coatings general contractor and the design is reflective of their industrial character and tech forward approach to their craft. The interior spaces include open office areas, flexible training space that opens to an employee work cafe/lounge, and a variety of focus and collaboration spaces to support their work types. Branding graphics were designed to showcase EVC’s rich family history and extensive portfolio of Chicago landmarks.
