The scope of work to include approximately 262,500 SF of industrial beverage distribution warehouse space which includes +/- 40,000 square feet of office, a +/- 30,675 square foot keg room and related site work on a +/- 23.21-acre site. The project also includes a large outdoor two story patio with a large interior event space.
