Interior architecture and design services for DSV Global Transport and Logistics’ new headquarters. The project transformed a portion of the 280,000 SF facility into a highly collaborative, open work environment filled with natural light. This space, which will serve as their local headquarters, is ripe with amenities, including a new breakroom and versatile patio area for employees.

The new warehouse and office facility doubles the size of DSV’s previous operation. It consolidates multiple teams into one building and features a much larger warehouse. Our design team transformed a concrete shell with non-operable windows into a space featuring a community-style breakroom that opens to an exterior patio area using two NanaWall foldable doors. In between the open workplace areas are huddle rooms with glass on both sides allowing natural light. The second floor contains skylight wells further taking advantage of the natural lighting. In addition to the huddle rooms, an open floor plan was implemented encouraging collaboration across all departments. We also worked to enhance DSV’s company culture of an agile workplace, creating multiple areas to conduct meetings, collaborate or work on different projects.
