Doran Street Lofts

Architecture and interior design services for new 20-unit condominium lofts and flats over one level of parking totaling 35,000 SF. The 3-story lofts feature bathrooms with shower facilities, large open living spaces on the lower levels, a formal living room with natural gas fireplace, dining area, outdoor balconies, kitchen and main staircase leading up to bedroom suites. This project also includes the installation of a fire suppression system.  Ceilings range from ten to twenty feet high, exposed ventilation, stained concrete surfaces and stone.
