Crossroads Commerce Park

Denver, Colorado

Master planning, architecture and civil engineering services for a modern industrial development of nearly one million square feet of Class A industrial space.  The development is located near the prime interchange of Interstate 25 and 70 in Denver.

The industrial park’s 58.5 net acres and flexible site plan features multiple building sizes ranging from 17,000 SF to 376,000 SF with cross-dock, front-park/front-load and front-park/rear-load designs.  The project includes both lease and build-to-suit opportunities for owners and tenants.  The civil engineering team provided the infrastructure design for the entire park; along with entitlement and development plan processing for the specific buildings on the Adams County and Denver portions of the property.  The project marked a significant achievement in the effort to redevelop Denver’s Globeville neighborhood by reclaiming a former brownfield site once heavily polluted by the smelting industry.

Crossroads Commerce Park was named the 2017 Infill Project of the Year by the Urban Land Institute’s Colorado Chapter, as well as the 2016 Industrial Development of the Year by the Colorado Chapter of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
