Covenant Trust

Rooted in loyalty and integrity – Covenant Trust’s relocation from the Chicago outskirts to the heart of the Financial District was an intentional strategy to re-affirm their commitment to excellence in all they do. The 8,800 SF space encompasses an open office environment with direct vistas to the interior atrium and the outdoors, with plenty of room to space out staff and guests, while creating areas of focused work and teaming opportunities.

Of importance was the welcome element the warm woods and soft bronze accents offer – balanced with crisp transparency of frameless glass offices and conference spaces. This neutral canvas allowed bolder brand statements Covenant wished to portray with their “Dream Big” message throughout – a constant reminder of what their new space offers and encourages.

Ware Malcomb provided full interior architectural design services, furniture specification and management and branding services. Also key to the success of the project was the upfront Envision session hosted with Covenant Trust to build consensus on the brand message and motivation for this important relocation for the firm.
