Copper State Rubber

Architectural and interior design services for a new 152,392 SF manufacturing facility on a 35 acre site. Four times the size of Copper State Rubber’s previous building, the new location includes warehouse and office operations for the fabrication, testing and shipping of the company’s long length industrial hoses. The project features a customized, stylized pre-manufactured building façade and features a clear span manufacturing area of 150′ x 575′.
