Compass Real Estate
Tampa, FloridaInterior architecture and design services for a new location in Tampa. When looking for a prominent street presence in Tampa, Compass chose to take the entire 2nd floor at the newly constructed Loft at Midtown, an excellent corner real estate venue. This 12,000 SF space serves as their flagship location for the area. You can easily see their name and brand from all angles of the street. The public may even see some real estate agents out on the balcony.
Upon entering the space, you are greeted by the receptionist who sits at a black marble reception desk, placed in an alcove of oak panels, overlaid with a topographic map of Tampa. This feature wall is accented with metallic disc pendants. Turning the corner of reception, users have options of various sized conference rooms, and then enter the open office.
The open office is flooded with natural light from the large-scale windows. Dispersed between the bench desks are informal lounge areas where users can collaborate with one another. The open office follows Compass’ standard of clean, white, exposed ceilings, contrasted with sleek, black pendants. The white walls are contrasted with black carpet. Surrounding the open office, users can follow the polished concrete path to shared offices, phone rooms, a collaboration area with a high-top table and phone booths, and a generously sized eat-in pantry. The pantry is equipped with a combination of high-top tables and booths to allow for a variety of seating options. Exiting the pantry, you are guided back to the entry of the space by a portal of custom, Tampa themed artwork. This space is a breath of fresh air, just like its surroundings.
An innovative residential real estate firm, Compass’ mission is to strive to help everyone find their place in the world.
