Master planning and architectural design services for the Jacksonville Logistics Airport and Cecil Commerce Center totaling 8,263 acres.

Located at the existing Cecil Field Airport in Jacksonville, Florida, the project created a world class campus style Multimodal Logistics Hub and Industrial Distribution Business Center to effectively facilitate local, regional, national, and international commerce. The industrial buildings are a mixture of large cross-dock distribution and rear load warehouse buildings.

The master plan conforms to existing infrastructure constraints and addresses considerable environmental development limitations that included a large scale conservation easement, wetland preservation and mitigation, as well as existing military use contaminated areas.
