Architecture and interior design services for a 282,500 SF distribution, packing and office space. The facility features a welcoming lobby with double height windows, ceramic tile flooring and a unique light feature inspired by Breakthru Beverage Group’s logo. Additionally, the office includes 29,790 SF of conference rooms, training rooms, break rooms and an experience center. The experience center, known as the “Alchemy Room”, serves as a collaboration area where events can be held and clients can taste new products. The room features built-in beer taps, custom walnut display shelves, solid surface countertops and luxury vinyl tile in a herringbone pattern. The 40-foot clear-height warehouse has 54-foot by 52-foot bay spacing and is a major distribution center with expanded loading areas, new pick modules, conveyors, in-line palletizers and includes a 29,350 SF cold room for beverage storage.
