BMW Vehicle Distribution Center

Architecture and interior design services for a 70,000 SF facility with a state-of-the-art body shop that meets the high-performance standards of the BMW brand and a design concept that permits seamless processing of in-bound vehicles for dealerships. The design also addresses the services needs of BMW’s line of electric vehicles. The center houses 6,700 SF of general office areas, part storage and body shop. The project includes a 15’ minimum interior clear height, free-span truss design and dividing walls separating the parts storage and body shop areas. The Security and Transportation Building includes an elevated guardhouse structure with an elevated platform and transportation office.
