Architectural and interior design services for a new 40,000 SF full service terminal auto dealership. The dealership includes a high-end 9 vehicle showroom, sales offices, lounge areas, retail boutique, and 166 site parking stalls. Additional spaces include a public Quattro café and an executive level with offices and a conference room as well as an additional public lounge area. There are 18 vehicle service and 2 wash/detail bays, an interior new car delivery room, a 2 level parts department as well as an elevated 3 vehicle interior jewel box display with freeway frontage. This project meets the Audi of America Corporate design standards and all CalGreen sustainable building standards.
