Architectural, structural and MEP design services for three speculative industrial buildings on a single site totaling 615,572 SF. The 44-acre project will accommodate tenant suites ranging from 25,000 to 236,000 square feet. The three buildings – which are 209,252 square feet, 167,080 square feet, and 236,240 square feet in size, respectively – feature 32-foot clear heights and 38- to 42-foot dock high doors. The design incorporates tilt-up concrete panels, glass, and a framed metal canopy at the building’s entrance. To allow for natural daylight, the warehouse features celestory windows throughout. The project also includes 160 tractor-trailer stalls.
